In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

To register and use the as1131 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. as1131 operates a strict adults-only policy and does not permit access to any real-money product by individuals under this age threshold.
• You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and at the time of each wagering session, and not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via a VPN or other circumvention tool.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or subject to any existing account suspension or ban issued by as1131.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of as1131, nor a close family member or household member of such a person.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in association with, any third party in placing wagers on the Platform.

as1131 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts created in breach of these eligibility requirements are void, and any balances or winnings associated with such accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the as1131 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of alternate devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age;
• A valid and active email address that you exclusively control;
• A current mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia;
• Your bank account details or preferred e-wallet for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. as1131 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify as1131 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by any unauthorized party.

as1131 reserves the right to refuse any registration application, or to suspend or close an existing Account, where we reasonably believe that registration information is inaccurate, fraudulent, or provided in bad faith.

as1131 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Prior to any withdrawal, regardless of amount;
• Where cumulative deposit or withdrawal volumes exceed internal thresholds;
• Where activity on your Account is flagged by our fraud detection systems;
• As part of a routine compliance audit.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), a valid Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driver's licence. as1131 may additionally request a recent utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document as proof of address.

Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is successfully concluded. as1131 aims to process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. Documents that are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with the information provided at registration will be rejected, and you will be asked to resubmit.

All deposits to your as1131 Account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via one of the approved payment methods currently listed on the Platform. Supported methods include transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as deposits via the digital wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. as1131 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.
• as1131 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own service charges, for which as1131 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your as1131 Account in real time for e-wallet methods and within 1–15 minutes for bank transfer methods during standard banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB).
• as1131 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an Account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the source of deposited funds is illegitimate or associated with fraudulent activity.

as1131 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All transactions on the Platform are denominated and settled in IDR.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your as1131 Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in your own name and verified against your KYC documentation. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The current minimum is displayed on the withdrawal screen.
• Withdrawals are subject to a KYC verification check. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes during standard banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available banking window.
• E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed instantly once approved by the as1131 payments team.
• as1131 does not charge any withdrawal processing fee. Any charges applied by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside as1131's control.
• as1131 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other suspicious activity is suspected. In such cases, as1131 may request additional documentation before proceeding.

Bonus credits are non-withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

as1131 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per promotion per player: Each Player is eligible to claim a given promotion once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitute bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x). The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived winnings are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Game contribution rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, Dragon Tiger, Keno, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the promotion terms, counted from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using a bonus. This cap is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• as1131's discretion: as1131 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus awarded in error may be reversed from a Player's Account.

Players who are identified as engaging in systematic exploitation of bonuses — including through the use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimizing genuine risk — may have their bonus privileges suspended and associated winnings voided.

All games available on the as1131 Platform — including slots, live casino, Dragon Tiger, Keno, and sportsbook products — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Results are final: Once a bet or wager has been accepted and settled by the as1131 system, the outcome is final. as1131 does not reverse settled wagers except in cases of a demonstrable system error or manifest odds pricing error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits: Each game and market is subject to minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the respective game or betting interface.
• Technical errors: In the event of a game or platform technical failure that affects the outcome of a wager, as1131 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. as1131's determination in such cases is final.
• RNG certification: All non-live games on the Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
• Sportsbook odds: Sportsbook odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager. as1131 reserves the right to limit maximum payouts on any single sportsbook event.
• Collusion and cheating: Any Player found to be colluding with others, using software aids, exploiting game vulnerabilities, or otherwise engaging in any form of cheating will have their Account suspended and all balances forfeited immediately.

All content on the as1131 Platform — including but not limited to the as1131 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of as1131 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools;
• Use the as1131 name, logo, or branding in any way without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of as1131's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, as1131 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability;
• Any losses arising from network outages, ISP disruptions, device failures, or other technical conditions outside as1131's direct control;
• Any unauthorized third-party access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game information, or promotional content resulting from data feed errors that are corrected within a reasonable time.

In jurisdictions where the limitation of liability for certain types of loss is restricted by law, as1131's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. as1131 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

as1131 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game vulnerabilities, or promotional structures in bad faith;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or via circumvention tools such as a VPN or proxy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Conduct that as1131 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon termination of an Account in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. Bonus credits and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not yet met wagering requirements are forfeited upon Account closure.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the as1131 support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which as1131 holds its international operating licence. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits as1131's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

as1131 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, as1131 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact the support team to arrange Account closure.
